Good evening,
I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant and whilst my husband is enjoying a lovely dinner in the kitchen, I am sat in the living room wishing I could eat some.
The nausia is so overwhelming. I can hardly keep anything down. I've tried sickness bands without fail. I keep thinking about ginger biscuits, but I think I od'd on them in my 1st pregnancy 3 years ago and can't stomach the thought of them!

Help ladies. I'm struggling. Sad

Ginger ale to drink.
To eat the only thing I could manage was cheese wraps with salad. Just couldnt face anything else. I felt much better after I had eaten something but couldnt even face a whole slice of bread, just wraps.

I have found my people! I'm 7 weeks today but have had CONSTANT nausea from about 5.5. I had it really bad with DS and stopped working when it became apparent it wasn't just a first trimester thing but an entire pregnancy thing! I was sick well in to my third trimester - certain smells would set me right off.

I don't feel like myself, I haven't left the house for days, the kitchen makes me gag, the bathroom makes me gag, everything stinks. I'm a shit mum because I can't even make my son toast for breakfast without vomiting or gagging. I get car/motion sickness too which I never have when not pregnant. It's bloody awful!!!

Flat Coke helps but like you OP I od'd on ginger biscuits and now can't really look at them without gagging.

Never want to be pregnant ever again but DH already talking about No.3 (his 2nd, my 3rd)! Shock
