Does it mean anything worrying if you measure larger for dates?

I was always bigger than I was supposed to be when the midwife measured me (I'm 5' and was all bump, didn't put on much weight anywere else, if thats relevant!!) - I was just sent for a couple of extra scans - everything was fine. HTH

I was measuring 2.5 weeks big at my 24wk check, 4 weeks later I was bang on. It's not a precise science.

My mum consistently measured 4 weeks ahead with me and put on 5 stone.

I weighed 5lb, it was all fluid.

And are you carrying your maternity notes with you young lady?

Agree with Fio - is probably fluid.
I was 'big' carrying DD, and the fluid seemed to trickle continuously throughout the labour after the initial gush (sorry if TMI).
