Pregnant after 2 consecutive mc

Hi all. Just quietly popping my head in here. I got a BFP this morning after two missed miscarriages in August and January. I feel so sick with nerves already, there is just no excited feelings.
Does anyone have any success stories for 3rd time lucky?
I already have 2 healthy children x

I'm really really scared ATM as I have had 2 mc in the past, no current children. This pregnancy is very special as I have trouble conseving as I have fertility issues. I'm currently 8w2d but had a little bit of bright red blood yesterday....

My symptoms come and go , also been having back issues has anyone experienced this???
