Hey. Im 4weeks and i literally cant keep my eyes open. Its such a struggle, even after a 8 hour im sleeping through alarms and waking exhausted. I know slight tiredness is normal but this feels ridiculous. Anyone else had this or know what it could be?

I'm sat in work and I keep fidgeting just to stay awake. This is terrible.

Can you nap in your lunch break? I'm 9 weeks and am currently on 10 hours of sleep at night, then a 1-2 hour nap during the day.

Jessiecat27 · 21/03/2017 12:24

It's really hit me today, 6 weeks and I'm sat on my break wishing I could go home so I can sleep! I'm only sleeping 5 hours a night which isn't helping!

Unfortunately no where to nap unless I try my car... In a busy car park. I might look at booking some half day holidays

5.5 weeks and it's not too bad but I know it will get bad in a week or so as this is my 2nd. I only work 2 days a week, but no lie-ins for me as I have a 14 month old who reckons 6am is a lie-in. Not looking forward to the tiredness. At least I'm not a puker (she hopes).

OnNaturesCourse · 21/03/2017 13:57

I've not puked... Yet but I know it's coming. My mother was bedridden with sickness right through her pregnancies.

I don't know how much tiredness is being caused by the pregnancy but I am absolutely exhausted. However I am on hourly checks every night at the moment on one of my mares who is now overdue by a week!

OnNaturesCourse · 21/03/2017 16:28

Oh, that won't be helping!

Haha no definitely not and this is the first out of 8!

AVeryBigHouse · 21/03/2017 17:53

I felt utterly exhausted with dd1. I didn't realise it was possible! That was nothing though compared to my second pregnancy...which turned out to be twins!

OnNaturesCourse · 21/03/2017 18:11

Wow, 8 ...youll be busy!!

Please dont say twins...they run in my family lol x
