Low Papp A and aspirin - help!

I know I should ask my doctor / midwife rather than the Internet and I am trying. I'm just really stuck. Also sorry for the long post - didn't want to drip feed!

I had my 12 week scan in December and came back with high odds for all 3 trisonomies. Everything was fine but one of the reasons for the results was that my Papp A was low (0.28). They said I would have extra growth scans and that was it. I didn't get any extra advice or appointments sat the time. I am at Kings College Hospital London.I also had the harmony test at FMC which is linked to Kings. They recommended that I take low dose aspirin daily. I started taking it but then had some bleeding and stopped as I wanted to double check what to do with Kings. My midwife said she wasn't sure and that I should check at my 20 week scan which I did. The Dr that did it was very odd, he said he'd check and call me, but of course he didn't. I've now asked my midwife again and she's made me a consultant appointment but it's not for over 3 weeks. She said I can call the specialist midwives but I can never get through. I'll keep trying but it's difficult at work.

My question is has anyone with low Papp A not been advised to take aspirin? I'm worried about going another month without taking it when I should be. I'm considering booking a private consultant appointment which I can't really afford but it's just proving impossible to get an answer from the NHS. Every post I've read about Papp A says they were advised to take low dose aspirin so I'd be interested to hear other people's experiences. Thanks.

@Moniquej
Yes, we definitely should not stress. It’s bad for the baby. I was so stressed yesterday my belly was hurting in the evening:(
It’s good to hear your baba is doing well x Good luck for the rest of your pregnancy xx

I remember being really stressed an upset about it too, but honestly i kind of forget about it now. Just take it one step at a time. Ive heard many positive stories from other mums who also had this so hold onto that. Feel free to message me any time, im happy to chat

Thank you and you too, I don’t know what I would do without all of you ladies out there ☺️ Such help to hear other people’s stories. I think you are right, taking one step at a time is all we can really do x

Hi I’m searching for help and info!
had ivf and I’m now 14 weeks pregnant. I got my results back for screening. And received a 1/5 for downs and 1/25 for edwards syndrome.
my results were as follows

0.2 for PAPP A
1.06 for HCG
3.3 for NT

anyone had anything similar? I have been doing a fair amount of research and found a link with low PAPP A and IVF, does anyone have any experience with this. Any help at all will be greatly received.
