Desperate for another baby.

Me and my husband are so desperate for another baby. Only problem is after my first I I gained a lot of weight 🙁 so at the moment I am unable to conceive. I have tried so hard to lose this unwanted weight, I walk around 5 miles a day and watch what I eat and just can't shift it. I have PCOS also but the doctor said it won't affect me not being able to lose it.
I don't know what to do!

Definitely get tested for it - there may not be a problem in which case it's all about exercise and diet, but if you do have under active thyroid then those alone won't help - and it can affect fertility too I think.
