Inner thigh pain and swelling?

Hi,
Sorry if this is too much information but I'm 39 weeks pregnant and this evening I've had a really sore inner thigh at the top on the right side. It's swollen in a line, almost enough to look like a swollen vein and there's bruising.
The other thigh is absolutely fine and google isn't giving me any answers. My thigh is constantly hurting and it's unbearable to touch. Tried a long bath and it hasn't eased it at all.
Any ideas what it could be/the cause/how to help? I'm at my wits end

Glad you are going in! I had similar groin type inner thigh pain at 12 weeks, very minor swelling, no calf pain and got diagnosed with DVT & PE. Not fun, but better to find out and get treatment started.

Hopefully it isn't but best to check it out!

Hi everyone.
Luckily it wasn't DVT, though I've been told to keep a close eye on it. Only 6 days til due date so I'm hoping I can survive that without my body being destroyed any further!
