Am I pregnant?

The one at the top was the first one I had taken, the others have come negative within 2 days of re testing- am I pregnant or is it a mistake?

Thank you ladies. I'm still in shock today, doesn't feel like it's quite sunken in. Unfortunately though I've seem to have gotten quite a bad sickness bug- whether it's the side effects of it all I'm not sure though. In a lot of pain still. It's been amazing to have a community like this around though.
