Trousers - over the bump or under the bump?

Hi,
Im 15 weeks pregnant and have a very senstive bump. Today has been really sore with the band of my jeans sitting right in the middle of bump, so I would love any advice or recommendations for maternity trousers - under v over the bump opinions and good places to buy from would be greatly appreciated.

I never had proper maternity stuff. I just got normal clothes in the next size up.
I did try maternity jeans- both under and over bump felt uncomfortable.

Going against the grain, but I found over the bump ones really itchy on my bump. Loved my under bump ones.
