I haven't slept a full night in 13 weeks (now 15w pg) I only get sleep in 30 minute bursts and have horrific restless legs (which I know can only get worse). If I'm lucky I get 4 hours in a night which would be ok if in one block but it's not. I try not to nap in the day but it makes no difference and GP thinks I should take sleepnwhen it comes. Not practical when I've got things to do or places to be.
GP was next to useless with advice (hot bath, hot milk and read) as none of this works for me. I was told I can't take anything herbal. I'm getting seriously demented with the lack of sleep.
Can anyone suggest something that might work? I can't go on another 25 weeks of this not sleeping :(
