Empty sac on abdominal scan 6wks+3 days

Having another in a week. Had it at the local GPs so no fancy tech. He saw a sac but couldn't make out a fetus. I've just had pain but not bad really. Lots of pregnancy symptoms and a 3+ weeks test only yesterday (I've been retesting since I found out 2 weeks ago). Any positive stories out there? I'm so worried......

I had lots of cramping and I think some of it was just body adjustments and me focusing on every single feeling. I honestly do understand how hard it is waiting to find out what is happening. Try though to not over think everything because it's exhausting. We can't self-refer to the EPAU here either and I think only an internal scan will give you any information over the next to weeks so you can only ask (beg!) for referral. Mentally, this is tough

Thank you. DP and I are considering scraping together enough for a private one. Can't really afford it but I just want to know if I'm going to miscarry soon or not. This limbo is hell.

Booked a Tuesday scan. Fingers crossed something shows up.

Turns out I ovulated late! I'm only measuring 6weeks 2days but with a nice strong heartbeat and a healthy looking pregnancy overall. SO relieved
