6:30am 35 weeks pregnant no sleep

Anyone else awake? Or anyone know how to get to sleep its 6:30am and I'm 35 weeks pregnant and just can't get to sleep I'm either too hot or too cold or can't get comfortable then I need to wee Confused

Up since 3 am AGAIN
too cold downstairs plus I will only sit on the couch and hurt my back
So fed up with this

32+5 - awake since 3.45am - some weird noises outside woke me up and then the heartburn hits then I can't get back to sleep....
went to bed later last night hoping it would mean I would sleep through but no

Argh!
