I'm 15 weeks pregnant with DC2 and over the last week my pelvis has started feeling weak and uncomfortable, something seems to be clicking when I move too. I've been referred for physio but the waiting list is huge.
I had SPD during my first pregnancy that started at 20 weeks and it was hellish. Had physio during pregnancy and then for the following year. I had a traumatic labour (shoulder dystocia) which damaged my pelvis further.
My job is fairly physical and I plan on going on maternity leave as early as possible - but that's still a long way off.
Did any of you use the bump support bands? Any tips that might provide slight relief for SPD would be gratefully received!
