I'm in the first month of pregnancy and not yet being sick (thank goodness) but feeling queasy for most of the day, to the point it's difficult to concentrate at work. Can anyone recommend anything that helps? I have heard of Quasypops, do they help? And do the travel bands really work? Anything else I could try? Thanks in advance...

So strange how it does go like a switch (for some anyway) I was the same at 13 weeks I literally woke up one morning and felt fine!!! It was such an amazing feeling, I'm almost 12 weeks this time round and I am counting the hours until I get to 13 weeks and hoping it will go just like that again as Iv felt ill all day everyday since 6 weeks. Hang in there it should pass x

Gaviscon liquid helped me. I was nauseous for 9 months each time Sad

Sea bands best thing I bought! Also eat and sleep when your body and baby tell you to, eating at least 5 to 6 times a day, keeping snacks and very cold drinks with you at all times!
