Not feeling that sick - should I be worried?

I am currently 7+3 weeks, and after reading about symptoms have been expecting to be hit by this wave of constant nausea any minute.

I had two days at around 6 weeks where I did feel intensely like I was going to be sick for about ten minutes midday ( but never was) and since then I have just had sort of mild nausea bubbling under the surface in the evenings. During the day I have been eating fine with no issues but I have been struggling with evening meals most nights because from about 6:30 pm the thought of eating anything makes me feel sick - although if I don't eat anything - or try to eat anything I don't feel sick. Is this normal?

I'm worried that it could be the signs of a missed miscarriage because I'm not experiencing the nausea that I see so many people posting/talking about at this stage.

I've had a missed miscarriage, a healthy baby and am currently 20 weeks pregnant. For me, the difference was having strong symptoms that completely went in my mmc. For both subsequent pregnancies I have had no sickness. In my last pregnancy I had occasional bouts of nausea and this pregnancy I have had constant anxiety because it's only positive tests and scans that indicate I am pregnant as I have been virtually symptom free.

I know pregnancy is worrying but just remember that today you are pregnant and each day that passes increases your likelihood of having a healthy pregnancy.

I was similar to you, a bit of evening nausea but not affecting appetite and was never sick. I am almost 30 weeks and the baby is completely fine so far.

Sounds similar to both of my normal pregnancies - fine most of the time but then queasiness and lack of appetite in the evenings. Nothing major, just like being a bit car sick. When I had a missed miscarriage first time around before the healthy pregnancies, the main sign was getting my appetite back in the evenings and not feeling tired anymore.

I have 3 dc and I never suffered neusea during my pregnancies. Just counted myself lucky.
