I am 5 weeks pregnant. I'm also extremely overweight. I've got around 6 stone to lose. My aim is to weigh less at 9 months pregnant than I do now. I think that's pretty achieves or however the few people I have told in real life look at me like I'm crazy when I tell them!
I'm planning on doing it through healthy eating- following the slimming world plan mostly- and light exercise, such as walks and swimming. Anyone else in the same boat?
