I'm only just over 5 weeks pg but I'm already suffering badly with ms and tiredness. I have 2 dogs that need lots of exercise, a horse that is lame and needs attention twice a day (and the stables is 20 mins from my house)and I work full time. My husband works away during the week so can't help out. I start teaching again in 2 weeks time and can't imagine how I'll make it through the 2 hour classes given how sick I'm feeling. Does anyone have any advice on how to minimise the symptoms that might help?

I was the same with all 3 of mine. It is really hard and sounds like you have a hectic schedule! I did the usual things like pregnancy vitamins for the tiredness, ginger biscuits and eating something like a piece of toast in bed before I got up, then eating little and often in the day etc, to help with the sickness.
Depressingly nothing made much difference for me and in my last preganancy ended up taking stemetil from the doctor as my sickness was so bad, which really helped.

You have to prioritize your duties and delegate if possible. I guess, teaching is not something that anyone else can do, but the rest...?!
I teach, too (lessons lasting 2.5 hrs ), and the only way I am able to get through them is to have a meal beforehand, and nibble on ginger biscuits or wine gums during the lesson.
Needless to say, eating is strictly forbidden in the classroom lol.

I found tiredness plays a huge part in how sick you feel, so if you are having busy days go to bed as early as you can.
Sometimes in the first weeks I went to bed at 8.00 and slept the whole night.
It's amazing how much extra rest you need.
