Any mums out there had a boy then a girl?

Soo I'm pregnant with my second baby, I currently have a 20 month old son! I feel slightly different with this pregnancy, I feel more moody, have broken out in a few spots and have had a couple of sudden migraines?! Also very exhausted and showing already! With my son I didn't really have any symptoms this early on as only 9 weeks. I have felt nauseous but only for a couple of weeks around 6-8 weeks, not so much recently! Just wondered if anyone out there had a boy then girl with similar symptoms? I would be happy with either sex just having fun guessing 😀

I'm pregnant with second boy and this pregnancy has been different to first and easier in many ways, despite having a toddler.
With first I went off tea/coffee/chocolate and nearly everything apart from bread or salty crisps and was so sick until about 24 weeks I really didn't think I could ever go through pregnancy again as I couldn't even look after myself, let alone another child. Craved milk and ice-cream constantly in last trimester and had really sensitive teeth throughout pregnancy.
With this one, I felt sick until about 18 weeks, but could still eat nearly anything. No sensitive teeth. No real cravings.
It's strange how different pregnancies can be!
