HELP! I'm only 4 weeks pregnant but can probably count on one hand how many times I have been for a number 2 in the last couple of weeks. I used to be an every morning kind of girl. It's not overly uncomfortable but it is making me quite bloated. I'm drinking water and eating lots of fruit and veg...any other tips? I don't remember it being like this last time. I haven't even started taking multi vitamins yet so can't even blame that.
