Joyce and Elvera! Elvera was my Dads adoptive mother, his birth mother was called Phyllis.

Kathleen and Timah. We used Kitty as a variation on Kathleen.

Gladys and Shelia.

Both of them called Lilian.

Olive and Catherine (Rene).

Olive is DD1's middle name, every now and again I wish I'd used it as her first name but was determined she should have her own first name, IYSWIM.

Had Florence earmarked for a middle name this time but we are having a boy!

Barbara Joan and Ruth Brunhilde. (Christened Brunhilde Ruth when she was born in Poland. She was Brunhilde when she was growing up in Germany, and then Ruth when she moved over to the UK. Also known as Bonny when she lived in Scotland. My Gran lived in a lot of countries!)
