I'm really at my wits end with heartburn. Last pregnancy I was guzzling gaviscon like no-ones business so much that the smell now makes me feel physically sick.
I'm sucking on rennies all day long
I've tipped the head of my bed up a little and sleep on lots of pillows already
I'm already avoiding large rich meals
Is there anything better to try? Am I missing some kind of well known dietary triggers?
