Help :( I'm 22 weeks and I've lost the plot. I've always been fairly slim 10-12, fairly active pre pregnancy. I do comfort eat / stress eat / boredom eat... I had a miscarriage in July and my mum died last August, and now my dads been diagnosed with with cancer. I'm over the moon at being pregnant but with all the recent stresses I just can't stop eating :( I put on 1st last year post wedding and since getting pregnant I've put on nearly 2st!!! And I'm only half way through
I don't know how to stop myself. Plus I've dragged my OH down with me. I'm really worried about never getting slim again and making myself sick through obesity :(
