Going on holiday at 32 weeks pregnant??

I'm in my first pregnancy so a bit clueless about these things! My lovely mum in law booked a special family holiday this year a while ago, and we've since found out I'm pregnant. I will be 32 weeks pregnant for the holiday! I really, really want to go, as it's a special holiday with all the family, and the last holiday my other half and I will get before baby comes along. The other catch - it's on a yacht off the coast of Turkey. What do people think? Will I be able to go or is it too much of a risk? I know I will have to get a letter from GP/midwife. My pregnancy is classed as low risk, but obviously have never been 32 weeks pregnanct so have no idea what it will be like! Would really appreciate some advice from those who know.

Thanks for all the advice everyone! Really appreciate it Smile As I said in my original post, I'm not insane, just clueless about being preggers!

Hilariously I had my 16 week appt with my midwife this morning, fully expecting her to be in the 'oh god no' camp, but she was surprisingly chilled about the whole thing!

Still erring on the side of not going despite that tho!

Do you happen to know any details
of the cruise? If it is gullet cruise, they all tend to last 3-4 days and follow the same route, really hugging the coastline so you are never out to sea and always within fairly easy reach of a town. Also Turkey has good medical facilities. If it's a more out to sea cruise I'm not sure that would be wise. Could you ask your MIL the route and itinerary? She would also need to ask them if they were willing to take you. If it's only a 3-4 day gullet cruise but you still weren't comfortable doing it, you could wait in the destination port if you were determined to join in the holiday. Best of luck deciding Flowers
