Absolute bollocks and frankly, degrading and offensive.

Is this going to be another thing to bash tired weary mothers of newborns who aren't as focused as usual witg? :(

IndomitabIe · 10/01/2016 11:58

No future, there's an article out this week saying how new mothers actually have superior brains!

I had a bit of a spell where I couldn't remember what things were called! I was trying to describe something to someone and kept saying lampshade instead of something completely unrelated hah!

I'm only 12+3 with DC1, and aware things could change, but so far I would say the opposite is true. I have been on fire at work - a demanding job that requires quick thinking and eloquence. Mind you, come the evening I usually just want to curl up on the sofa and not think at all.

BathshebaDarkstone · 11/01/2016 10:21

Yes, and it's still mush 4.4 years later. Grin

Pregnancy has destroyed my brain! Can only see it getting worse with the sleep deprivation, so baby might need some kind of tracker in case I leave it in tesco! Blush
