Because I can't put my boots on! 36 weeks and just got really fed up of not being able to do easy silly things.

Any one else?

I cried earlier because I couldn't do bumpies down the stairs with my 3.5 year old. Bumpies is where he sits on my lap (which is now too small due to huge bump at 27 weeks) as I sit at the top of the stairs then bump us down on my bum.

Feel like such a crap mum.

MrsCrimshaw · 22/11/2015 13:38

I was just about to start a stupid triggers for crying thread!

I was just watching the X Factor repeat (I don't follow the show, it's just on) and this duo did a big party song. The audience applauding made me cry and sob. How mental is that?!!

Brummiegirl15 · 22/11/2015 15:29

I cried Friday night for absolutely no reason, couldn't tell you. Just bawled my eyes out on sofa

Picnic2223 · 22/11/2015 19:54

Fish pie. Or rather no fish pie. It's my favourite comfort food, and at about 30 weeks I stopped on the way home from work to buy some. And the small supermarket had none. I bawled my eyes out right there. Then called DH to tell him. And bawled again.

I even bawled about 2 weeks later when I was trying to tell someone about it as a funny story BlushBlush

Around the same time I went into hysterical laughter over the word "shrubbery". Took nearly 20 minutes to pull myself together.

I'm a bit odd when I'm pregnant Grin

AnnaMarlowe · 22/11/2015 20:00

I got so big when I was pregnant with my twins I was genuinely concerned that I would no longer be able to reach to wipe when I went to the loo. I managed just right up to the end but my DH was warned that it was a close run thing. Blush

Totally get this... 33 weeks and cried as couldn't get my tights on the other day and was running late for work!
I also cried when I saw my first stretch mark the other day - only I then realised I had just scratched myself Grin

Reebok · 22/11/2015 20:07

I cried a few days ago because I asked hubby to buy me orange fanta in a glass bottle...but he bought me strawberry fanta in a glass bottle. How could he???

EagleRay · 22/11/2015 20:36

I'm nearly 17w and had two possibly unnecessary bouts of tears so far: one for a paper lantern in the shape of an owl (it was huge, which may justify things) and also when I managed to wriggle to the front row at a festival when Future Islands were playing. Then got paranoid that Samuel T Herring could see me blubbing from the stage Hmm

Kaytee1987 · 25/11/2015 14:36

I cried the other night in bed because I was so tired, DH quite sensibly said well go to sleep then, that made me cry more. X

PrincessPunzie · 25/11/2015 15:09

Last night I fought back tears because I was trying to arrange my Disney DVD collection in chronological order and I couldn't find Tangled!

strawberryandaflake · 25/11/2015 15:21

36 weeks with twins and I cried because I can't buy a sparkly Christmas dress this year without looking like a bauble. Blush

And I have been sockless since the summer.

Lillylou1991 · 26/11/2015 09:18

I cried because my DH had to put my socks on for me (37 +6 weeks now) after what felt like hours of me trying.
I felt most sorry for the poor delivery man this morning who slowly backed away when i signed for a package then realised it wasnt the package ive been waiting for!... cue blubbery tears Blush
christmas is not a good time for hormones [santa]

Everythinggettingbigger · 26/11/2015 11:40

I was trying to fix a strap on my bag at about 30 weeks with DS1 and somehow managed to superglue my purse to the floor.....of course I absolutely sobbed now when anyone is my family is having an "off" day or just a hormonal day its known as a "glue your purse to the floor day" Blush

Missingcaffeine · 26/11/2015 13:49

I cried listening to the news today when I heard that the English guy who got shot in Paris kept quiet after being shot to try to save the lives of the people who were hiding near him.

MrsCrimshaw · 26/11/2015 17:12

I just got prescribed iron tablets for being slightly anaemic. I cried for 20 mins! Proper messy sobs. I think it was the relief :)

GeorgiaT2468 · 26/11/2015 18:02

Vvviola!! I'm in hysterics reading your post Grin

OP totally normal lovey, I'm 38w+1 and earlier I cried because I dropped a wet sponge on my foot whilst doing the washing up. I cried on my knees and found myself saying out loud- "why is everything trying to drag me down, I can't even wash up" lol bloody horemoans!! Xx

GeorgiaT2468 · 26/11/2015 18:04

Such funny stories Grin I'm well cheered up reading this, you funny lot!! Xx

Picnic2223 · 26/11/2015 18:25

At least none of us are alone wimpering at funny things lol xx

Pollyputhtekettleon · 29/11/2015 01:02

I cried a few times today and simply couldn't stop. Had to hide at a family event. Haven't cried throughout the whole pregnancy once so I'm wondering if I've just had a big dump of hormones and will go into labour soon. I'm 39wks. Hope not. I'm totally not ready yet.

mellmumma · 29/11/2015 11:33

I smashed a glass by accident the other day..... I was inconsolable for a good 30 minutes. Just kept apologising to husband and saying I was rubbish. Cried like a toddler that it was 'the last of the cold fridge water too'.

Then suddenly the tears turned to hysterical laughter.

I'm only 7 weeks, think my husband is terrified of what might still be to come! 😂😂

katscriv1 · 29/11/2015 11:35

Only 11 weeks and cried like a baby at the opening credits of DIY SOS on iPlayer the other week. Bloomin' hormones!

NoArmaniNoPunani · 29/11/2015 13:13

I cried yesterday when they didn't have the biscuits I wanted in Lidl

Dileas29 · 30/11/2015 10:10

I just cried because the doctor refused to take a pregnancy test saying my home positive test was enough. So got home to take clear blue digital and it was blank due to error! Waaaah
