Hiya.
I have started reading natal hypnotherapy after a recommendation from the mw. I don't want to do the whole thing hypno but probably just the bit at home until I get to hospital (need to be in hospital after traumatic first labour). This is why I've not done classes or anything. I think it is probably to help me chill out before labour than before it.
I'D really like an app on my phone to practice with but there are so many to choose from. Can anyone recommend one to me??
Thanks kxx

Can't recommend any apps, but hypno is blooming awesome :)

I didn't know they done apps so I'm no help. Just listened to the CD. I think it worked, never found my 'happy' place but was able to focus energy whilst contracting by visualising. Baby was out quickly and relatively pain free.

Good luck!

CD is great, and the techniques you learn (prob not the right word) would be helpful I'm any situation.

I bought the Maggie Howell hypnobirthing CD and uploaded it to the IPod, the techniques really helped in labour. Don't know of any apps.

I'm using the Darren Marks app, the Katherine Graves book and Maggie Howell CD
