I'm in my 11th week and really have been pretty ill since week 6. I am not being sick that much but always heaving and my tummy feels horrible. Completely off all foods, and I just feel like a piece of poo.
My worry is my 20 month old daughter, for the last month she hasn't been out as much as usual,( I would take her out everyday we were always doing something) but now I just don't feel able too because of how bad I feel. I have family that sometimes takes her. But I'm relying on cebeebies and the telly way too much Sad
I feel like she's being affected, I mean it won't be forever but I jut can't see when I'm going to start feeling better get. I'm just so worried she's loosing social skills and things...

No, they're really tiny white ones that I have. The brand my friend had were a bit bigger and more lozengey. You can get either tablet or capsule form depending on what you prefer. Hope it helps!

So my DS has not had a nap now for 7 days! It's making for epically long days, he is on the go from when he wakes at 7 (DH leaves for work at 8.30) until he gets into bed at 7.15. I'm totally shattered!! To make things worse I'm now experiencing a nice lot of pregnancy insomnia and ended up sleeping on the sofa last night - think I got just over 4 hours in total. So so tired!!

I feel for you - my DD annoyingly dropped her nap the exact time I got pregnant, and it makes for a really long day. She also doesnt sleep at night so it doesnt seem fair! I also find she's really narky and grouchy after lunch as she's tired, but won't sleep - makes it even harder work! Lots of tv is my only suggestion.

We've been watching A LOT of tv, CBeebies and back to back Ben and holly on Amazon prime.

I've discovered my DS' tired slump is around 3pm so I'm going to start an hour of quiet time with him, do some colouring/books/cuddles with tv to get him rested before I start on his dinner. Hoping it will help avoid too many tantrums!

My girl would go crazy without her nap so glad she still has them. That's a good idea. Tantrums are horrible at dinner time !
