Cot is too big for our room....

-Was going to buy moses basket but read they'll last a matter of weeks?
-Will a crib last 6 months (that's how long we're hoping to have baby in with us for)?
-What do they sleep in downstairs during the day? I assumed it'd be the carry cot that came with my travel system but from what I've read it'll outgrow that quickly too.

I'm soo confused and want to spend our money wisely
Would appreciate your experiences!

BedNest attached to our bed at night and during the day in the Moses basket which is downstairs or a bouncer that fully reclines flat.

We have a Snuzpod for ours.

On me. On DP. On visitors who were prepared to hold the sleeping baby. In a pram. In my bed. Occasionally in a bouncy chair, or on a lamb skin or playmat on the floor.

We had crib in our room but had to put Moses basket in it and then pack with rolled blankets so he felt secure otherwise he wouldn't settle. Downstairs was either on me, in pram or in his bed upstairs.

This time we have bought an Amby Baby Hammock.
