Not sure where is best to post this.

Any reviews? I had my heart set on the bugaboo cameleon until we saw the crusi - I love how traditional the carry cot looks yet very modern.

I have a stokke xplory. What do you want to know?

docmcstuffins1 · 22/09/2015 07:10

I love the look of it, but not sure I can justify the expense. Never seen one in the flesh though!

Rose58 · 23/09/2015 21:00

Everything really - worth the price? Easy to fold and push about? Anything negative? Do you like the high seat position?

Crusi is top of my list too! Need to find a store that has a display model. Looks really sturdy, we have crappy pavements so that's a must. I love the seat too.

Rose58 · 23/09/2015 21:38

Mamas and Papas and Mothercare both stock them so check their stores.

Anyone tried both the crusi and bugaboo cameleon?

We've gone for the xplory.

Whoknewitcouldbeso · 24/09/2015 03:50

It's definitely an urban pram. It attracts a huge amount of attention so expect people to comment on it. You won't want to use it as a high chair initially as it's so bloody expensive the thought of getting food on it will make your hair stand on end.

There is nowhere to shove all your crap like a standard pushchair, so that can be a bit annoying. It's easy to put up and down but is still pretty big when flat - however the back wheels can be removed really easily which definitely helps if your low on boot space.

My son still using ours at 2 3/4 but I think he is over the weight limit now so if we weren't having another one I would be selling it. Be aware that accessories are eye wateringly expensive, eBay is your friend in this regard although even second hand things like the nappy bag for the front are still stupidly expensive.

I do love it but it really depends on your lifestyle. If you are planning on going on dog walls across country or your going to be going walks around town where you want to buy lots of shopping im not sure if it would be ideal for either. It's more of a yummy mummy pram than it is a workhorse.

who The frame of the Xplory is what's got me leaning towards the Crusi - still has the amazing seat and it's high (although not as high as the Xplory) pushes well over uneven ground and has a basket underneath.

M&P and MC stores are both well over 20 miles away, will give them a ring before I go (on the buses, gah)

Scarydinosaurs · 24/09/2015 09:04

I have the stokke scoot and I love it. Huge space under the pram, great to fit in small spaces, so comfy for the babies as both my girls slept for hours in there. I got it brand new the week it came out and got the car seat and foot muff too. Fantastic investment, lasted two babies and zero problems.

Whoknewitcouldbeso · 24/09/2015 09:20

I think if you can go for the option with more space for storing crap you're into a winner Grin

Whoknewitcouldbeso · 24/09/2015 09:22

Oh and colour wise go not go for a spring flower colour like I did as come summer it is bread crumbed in black flies, plus it attracts dirt like a magnet. Go for a dark colour and be sensible.

Whoknewitcouldbeso · 24/09/2015 09:22

*do not go

TillITookAnArrowToTheKnee · 24/09/2015 09:25

Black Melange is my current favourite along with the new Olive colour pack that's being released very soon!

Whoknewitcouldbeso · 24/09/2015 09:36

As long as olive green is a browny green you'll probably be ok. I went for light green as it's my favourite colour and the insects think we are a giant plant Confused

TillITookAnArrowToTheKnee · 24/09/2015 09:51

Its a dark green Smile DH would totally buy the light green were it still available, green is his favourite colour Grin

Whoknewitcouldbeso · 24/09/2015 09:54

Ha ha I do love it and it gets lots of attention but in the summer it's a nightmare Wink

Rose58 · 24/09/2015 10:45

Thank you all! I love the black melange it's turbine we'd pick. Does the break work OK? I'd read a few negative reviews?

Our M&P and Mothercate stores are 20 miles south also Hmm
