Dp got up yesterday with terrible cold and bug and today I have woke up really bad chest infection coughing constantly pain everytime I breath etc
Now I'm really struggling I feel tight chested constantly and keep coughing I am wheezing like a pig. Really struggling to breath easy so to speak
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to open my chest up a bit to let me breathe better ?

No expert but I think you need to see a doctor, don't you?

Hope you feel better soon.

Sirzy · 12/09/2015 21:50

You need to at least get to ooh GP tonight or even a and e

Twolefttoes · 12/09/2015 21:50

X post, out of hours? Doesn't sound like you should leave it.

Wolpertinger · 12/09/2015 21:52

See a doctor now! Not tomorrow, tonight.

This is not the place for home remedies. A pregnant woman struggling with breathing is an emergency. Asthma kills people, go to A+E.

swashbucklecheer · 12/09/2015 21:52

I think you need help sooner than monday! Any out of hrs? Failing that a&e. Asthma is not to be taken lightly

Wolpertinger · 12/09/2015 21:53

Seen your post about no inhalers now - getyourself to A+E. And never ever let yourself be in a position where you don't have inhalers ever again.

Yea was thinking that myself as soon as I wrote it to be fair off to a&e I go thank you. Dp doesn't understand how sore my chest is and how tight it is so he doesn't think I need attention but I feel a builder and antibiotics are needed. Thank guys

Glad your going to get checked. Hope all is alright.

On Monday get your GP to prescribe a spare reliver inhaler so you always have a back up

swashbucklecheer · 12/09/2015 21:57

Thank goodness for that. I hope you feel better soon

capercaillie · 12/09/2015 21:58

a&E now! I had asthma In pregnancy. Turned up wheezing at the doctors - she put me straight on a nebuliser and told me if it ever got bad at the weekend, then go straight to A&E

Konserve · 12/09/2015 21:59

agree with everyone else go now to a&e.
