I am 10 weeks tomorrow and suffer with really bad nausea.
I work from home booking in appointments and it's one call after another which is great being able to work from home but my managers are not very sympathetic about it as I'm a home worker I find talking makes it worse and feels like I'm actually going to be sick but I'm scared to call in sick as my work place is not very professional and wondered other than them bitching about me to everyone in the office can I get in trouble or can I call in sick with it being "self inflicted".

Do your work know you are pregnant?

If so they are being arses but if they don't then you need to tell them!

You are allowed time off for pregnancy related sickness but your work do need to know

Yeah I told them early on as I had to explain why I needed so many bathroom breaks haha but they are very funny about this stuff it's all very unprofessional and they are the kind of business to find a way to get rid of someone if they cause hassle or don't fit into their click

They can't legally get rid of you for being off sick with a pregnancy related illness. What kind of set up is the company. Is there an HR department?

If you want impartial advice I would suggest calling ACAS and talking it through with someone who knows the law and can advise you accordingly. Don't let yourself be discriminated against. Yes you chose to get pregnant but no one knows how they will be affected and a company couldn't use that as an excuse to discipline you or fire you.
