Baby Bouncers/ Chairs ?

I'd like a nice baby bouncer that isn't too expensive but not cheap so that it looks awful or falls apart. say under £60. Which bouncers are good and which have you chosen ?

I was advised to get a second hand one for a fiver in case baby doesn't like it, if it does then I can buy a nice one if I want!

I've ordered this one for new baby. DD loved her fisher price bouncer so hoping baby loves this one as much.

I reckon you can pick one up for much less than £60. Keep an eye on sales and you might get a bargain. I got this one for just under £30 in the mothercare sale the other month and it looks really good - love the look of the wee waterfall bit!

I bought a Baby Bjoern bouncer second hand. Can really recommend it. Costs between thirty and fourth pounds second hand.

I bought one for BIL's baby. £60 which was expensive enough. Noticed that MIL had also bought one for her house which she then went on to tell me she was going to buy BIL a new one as 'baby hated the one they had at baby shower'... she was mortified when she realised I had bought it and started backtracking. Just made me laugh to be honest. I didn't once think that I wish I had just bought the £30 that i had carefully picked that BIL had declined because SIL wanted the £60 to match their scheme

I'd second the buying 2nd hand idea. DD spent a nanosecond in her bouncer, she hated the things!

I agree with the other posters - go second hand if you can - my friend bought one with all the mod-cons (it was ridiculously expensive) and her dd hated it with a passion. I got one similar to this (pictured) for my DD and will be using it (when dh gets it out of the attic) for my DS when he gets here in about 9 weeks... (so kind of secondhandish lol x I found having a bouncer handy especially for bath time x

We spent £60 on a swinging one which DD isn't keen on, she loves however the brightstars one we got off ebay for £2.50 with a Bumbo (best bargain ever!!)
