Babies with hair??

I've only had baldies so far but I am suffering something awful with heartburn this pregnancy (never have before) and I curious about that old wives tale and whether there actually is anything in it lol x

Swigged gaviscon from the bottle had one upstairs and one downstairs. DS born bald didn't have a haircut for 3 years still really thin hair at 8.5 sorry.

DS2 less heartburn more hair !

I have heartburn, no idea if baby is hairy or not, but have packed a baby hairbrush in my hospital bag just in case! I'll find out in 7 weeks or so...

MiL says it was true for her - dh was bald and she had no heartburn, bil was hairy and she suffered badly with it!

I had a baby with a ridiculous amount of hair and never had heartburn. But apparently there is science in the theory!! i think i, as a person, am just not prone to HB at all.

Horrendous heartburn both times. Both children basically bald for nearly 1st year.

terrible terrible heartburn with ds1, he was three before he had a hair cut!

dd looked like a little elvis presley baby with a MASS of thick black hair, not a sniff of heartburn while pg with her. AND she is blonde as blonde can be now, has been since about eight months old.

Had what I thought was bad heartburn with No. 1 and a bald baby. Then I discovered what heartburn was really like with No. 2, Gaviscon didn't touch it, threw up after eating and oh god the burning as I puked... Had ranitidine prescribed and even that began to wear off. And he was born with masses of red hair. :)

Terrible heartburn with DS and he was so hairy we called him 'chimpy' while we finalised his name- all on his head, back, shoulders and arms.....it was quite gruesome and people didn't really know what to say. This time, no excessive heartburn so I'm hoping for a regular non-ape baby....

I had no heartburn in this pregnancy, and horrific heartburn with my boys who were baldies. My DD was born Monday morning with a LOT of dark hair!

I had a little heartburn and DS had some hair. My sister had chronic indigestion and her DS had so much hair that people would stop her in the street to comment on it. It was thick, dark brown and about 4cm long!!
