Hi all

Well for 5 weeks or so I've had changes to boobs (cup bigger veiny sore!) little bump belly which gets bigger at night (I generally seem to "look most pregnant" at night. Feeling happier yet teary constipated and bloated. Burping lots! None of the above are really the norm which is what made me first think "am I pregnant?". Just started cilest but can't believe my dictir said its just gas and the pill? My tummy is firmer and not like a full of food or air feeling? I just want to know if anyone had anything so similar?

Do you want to be pregnant. To be honest it sounds like you do and are trying to get the symptoms to fit.

Why are people arguing on mums net? Wow! Anyway yeah exactly it could just be the IBS, that's what I'm hoping :) sorry for these little errors the auto correct is not ideal! Haha Never flared up before like this before so I am so glad I checked. My periods are irregular and always have been and they've put me on many various pills so it is difficult to assume sometimes. It's a shame we're not all the same it would solve a lot of problems!

If you've had 3 negative pregnancy tests over the space of two weeks then the chance of you being pregnant is vanishingly small. The contraceptive pill Cilest can cause side effects. Known side effects include nausea, cessation of periods, gastrointestinal problems, bloating, breast pain and a distended stomach. All of which you are experiencing. It is likely that this is the reason for your symptoms. There is a full list of known side effects of Cilest Here.

It is always a good idea to read the leaflet that comes with any new medication so you are prepared for the potential side effects.

We aren't arguing. You asked for advice, we gave it. Similar to the doctor really, but without years of medical training to back it up.
