Am not desperate yet, but I'm getting there! And I'm only about 5 or 6 weeks pg too . It's the constant, 24/7 nausea I would love to combat. I am such a wuss. Give me pain any day!

worth remembering that the first thing they did with me when it got so bad at seven weeks was to scan for twins.

ok this was what worked for me:

slice of ginger and slice of lemon in boiling water. Leave by your bed overnight, sip when you wake up before getting out of bed. Drink in place of tea/coffee /whatever you normally have (but then you can drink it hot and its really nice). The science here is that the boiled cooled water settles the acid, the lemon smells clean and the ginger is good for digestion.

Anna's Ginger Thin biscuits
lemon oil on my cuff/tissue to sniff when a wave of nausea hit, really helped
bran flakes, eaten dry in small quantities during the day

If brushing your teeth sets you off in teh morning try switching t-paste to Sensodyne Gentle Whitening, its the only one I could use. Don't use the oxygen labelled t-pastes as they foam in the mouth too much.
