i am currently 22 weeks pregnant and have been offered a job (a job I've wanted for years) however by the time I work my notice and start new post I will be 26 weeks. Hoping if all goes well i will be able to keep going at new job long enough to complete a 12 week probation period.
My issue is will my new employer (nhs highland) keep my job for me if I don't manage to keep working long enough to complete probation? I never mentioned on my interview that I was pregnant only because I do relief shifts and one of the interviewers knew I was pregnant.
Just looking for some reassurance....has anyone else been in a similar situation?
