i am currently 22 weeks pregnant and have been offered a job (a job I've wanted for years) however by the time I work my notice and start new post I will be 26 weeks. Hoping if all goes well i will be able to keep going at new job long enough to complete a 12 week probation period.
My issue is will my new employer (nhs highland) keep my job for me if I don't manage to keep working long enough to complete probation? I never mentioned on my interview that I was pregnant only because I do relief shifts and one of the interviewers knew I was pregnant.
Just looking for some reassurance....has anyone else been in a similar situation?

I think you're a bit optimistic hoping to work up to 38 weeks pregnant TBH, especially with the stress of it being a new role. But it's greats it's wuthin the NHS. And employers are generally very careful with pregnant women as the last thing they want is a case brought against them.
If I were you is be as upfront as possible and ask them the questions you need the answers to. It shows you're serious about the role and keen to return after mat leave.
