Mosquito spray confusion!

Hello ladies!
Im going on holiday in July, by this time il be 11weeks… ive been reading that the standard mosquito sprays and plug ins are a big no no because of Deet (I think the chemical is) but when pregnant you are more likely to get bitten.. the joys
Am I ok to use the “natural” sprays like Incognito (sorry to name a brand)
Has anyone else avoided these or have any solution? … I cant seem to find a clear answer

A high Deet concentration is supposed to be avoided I think. Baby centre says "The NHS and the Health Protection Agency (HPA) say that products containing up to 50 per cent Deet are safe for you to use in pregnancy and when breastfeeding."

If Incognito has no Deet then you should be okay. Just read the label carefully on whichever sprays you are looking at, I definitely found some which said they were safe for use during pregnancy.

I get bitten loads so when pregnant looked at quite a few options - I would use a plug in deterrent in your room at night and citronella candles if you are self-catering/in a villa and sitting outside at night.

Most of the sprays/creams say whether you can use them or not on the label - I've just got back from Africa and wasn't able to take malaria tablets, but I stocked up on sprays and creams etc, some of the Jungle Fever stuff in Boots was recommended by the pharmacist as it isn't more than 50% deet!
