Baby bath or not?

I wasnt going to bother as they seem awkward, i have nowhere to put it other than in the bath. And filling emptying looks to be a PITA. But friends and family tell me i need one.

I was going to use the sink to start possibly with a sponge thing, then the big bath with sonething to lay in/on.

What does everyone else do?

Carrot - I always had hot deep bath. Baby in bouncer if alone and bring baby in once temp around 37 degrees ( which is still nice and warm)

Tippitoes bath support is what you want.

We used it for dd1 and she hated it. Dd2 has always just come in the bath with me and she loves the bath. Far easier.

we just used the big bath with one of the bath seats. as a tiny baby he really didn't like baths, so only used to give him one every few days.
(now he's a toddler totally loves his baths!)

Tippitoes BE2 fabric bath support. Honestly the best thing we bought for newborn. Takes up no space, easy to keep clean, simple.

Soft, breathable and quick dry fabric
Fabric bath support features a sturdy metal frame
Supports baby’s head, neck and back whilst bathing
Allowing your hands to be free to wash your little one
Removable, machine washable fabric

As soon as he got too big for this (around 5 months) and was sitting up we'd just put him in a shallow bath. No need for a baby bath.

We have a 2 week old and she hates the bath we bought (not a cheap one with built in support etc) it really distresses her but she loves going in the shower with daddy
