Currently, I'm taking the following:

I've ramped up my regimen a bit this cycle. I've got a complicate schedule of taking thngs with/without food, with/without other supplements, as instructed:

2000 IU Vitamin D
1 mg Folic Acid
Magnesium/Calcium (not sure how much is in this one, but it aids in absorption of D)

On the weekends, I usually just take a prenatal instead because I'm too busy to remember to take everything as scheduled!

Pre-O (CD10-14ish) I also add:

2000 mg Evening Primrose Oil
30 mL Guaifenesin

So far this cycle, my EWCM has increased dramatically. Like, it's almost comical how much there is! Hoping to see a longer LP as well, but no news on that yet!

I am also planning on trying royal jelly..There are many great benefits as suggested here - Royal Jelly For Pregnancy . Worth Trying it out...

  1. Have period app on your phone to tell you exactly when you are ovulating.
  2. Try green veg and vitamins - spinach Blend with kiwi is a good remedy. Hummus as well
  3. Take multi vitamins everyday
  4. Have a day before ovulation and through out your ovulation cycle( scissors position is the best to conceive)
  5. Don't think about it too much and be happy - stress release bad hormones so you don't want that

Good luck

Things that have helped me:

  1. Ovia App on my phone - there others but I found this one most user friendly and encouraging!

2)Evening Primrose Oil (but only for first half of your cycle- stop at time Ovulation!! - this is very important)

  1. Making Babies book by Sami Davies- talks about combining western and eastern theories. Great book!!!

  2. Plotting basal temperature - This will tell you that you are ovulating. Temperature goes up 1-2 days after ovulation. Good to know if your body is performing as it should. Also your temperature stays up if you are pregnant (18 high temps in a row and your eggo is preggo!)...

  3. getting to know your body- cervical position and fluid.

Royal Jelly is supposed to be very good from what I have read, but I haven't tried mine yet (still in cupboard).

If you need metformin - please do read the book I recommended!
