Stressed jelly discharge at 19weeks pregnant

For the past couple of weeks I've been losing some jelly like discharge it really worrying me I went to triage with this and midwife said it sounds like normal discharge but why do I keep getting this it is really stressing me out this is my 4th pregnancy with no living children this is the furthest along I've been please help :(

Jelly type discharge is normal. I have found that the day after dtd with dp that I seem to get loads. I assume it dislodges some! As long as you don't itch or burn and there's no funny smell or colour then I think it's just another glamorous side effect of pregnancy

I've had more discharge the further I get (am 20+1) which I don't remember with DD. I was a little worried at first (don't google!) but if the MW said not to worry, then really, try not to worry! You will have you're 20 week scan soon and hopefully that will really put your mind at rest.

Normal :) I'm 22 weeks now, and have been getting it on and off the whole pg so far.

I had this earlier on - it's stopped now. Totally normal!

I called the local MAU with this exact concern as thought I had had a show. Apparently it's very common, especially after dtd and is a mixture of "bodily fluids", discharge and mucous plug. You only need to be concerned if it's tinged with blood and you are having cramping pains that are getting worse, but I have also been told that your mucus plug can regenerate itself so I wouldn't be too worried. If you have any concerns I would ring your local unit and ask for their advice. That's what they're there for
