I feel like my pelvis is ripping in two.

I should have been prepared for this being DC3.

Urgh, that is all.

Me too.

Physio hasn't helped.

Although it did disappear between weeks 25 and 30.

Every step is absolute agony. I've gone from being extremely active to a near invalid. Standing hurts, sitting hurts, sometimes even lying down hurts. Physio didn't help and can't see the point of going back - suspect at 33 weeks I'll just be told to suck it up till baby arrives.

I had no idea about SPD before I got pregnant and out of everything I was worried about happening to my body, it did not feature!

Can anyone recommend anything for a bit of light relief? Hugs to everyone suffering like this.

Watching with interest as I'm 31 weeks and in the same position, being for group physio which recommended various things to do to help but they haven't really. I'm struggling as I have a very active toddler too

36 weeks and it has just ramped up to a whole new level. Didn't think I could get more miserable with it (had it since 13 weeks and thought I'd get a short period of respite at some point).

Hello. I am the same. I am 24+6 and can't get around the house without crutches. I have to use a wheelchair outside and a mobility scooter to do the school run. I am currently signed off work. I love being able to feel my baby move etc etc but apart from that I feel like shit. I am stuck in the house, housework takes a lot of planning then a lot of time (and swearing.)
Sorry to join with a moan but thought if anyone understands it's all of you!
This is dc3 and because of this it will be our last!
On the lovely side my 2 boys and husband are so amazing and patient. The boys help carry things up the stairs for me. The youngest gets to ride on the scooter with me once we are nearly home.
I just pray that it will go away once baby arrives. I cannot wait to get to the day I can walk again!

Ugh, it's fucking shit isn't it? 34+4 and I especially enjoy the agony that has become changing position in bed. I feel like my spine is basically not attached to my pelvis anymore. I've been prescribed cocodamol since 24 weeks, but I think I've become tolerant as it isn't delivering the relief like it was. I like being in the bath a lot, but is wildly impractical to exist in the bath all the time. I have no idea how I'm going to get this baby out, staying in one position for too long gets me completely stuck and its agony to try and move again. :(

Randomly it's fine today, I have days that it is awful then days it is fine?
