Someone mentioned hula hoops earlier so I have a 12 pack in my shop. WHat else? I have pretzels, banana chips, yogurts, birdseye waffles, jelly beans already because they worked for me best on my first baby but not feeling them this time. What do you snack on to keep the horror of ms at bay?

And oh my god I could murder a big mac right now. I've already had lunch twice today.

I found hobnobs worked well this pregnancy. I am just 12 weeks and finally coming out of the major sickness phase!
Peanut butter was also a go to for me. I hope you feel better soon.

I actually went for graze boxes in the end as I was snacking pretty much every hour to keep the sickness at bay. Dried fruit and nuts worked for me oh and buckets of ginger tea and ginger beer. And I kept a roll of rich tea by the bed for middle of the night wobblies. Good luck!

Rich tea biscuits, ginger beer (worth a shot but not sure I can stomach it) in the shop. The word hobnob makes me gag right now! Think its a boy as I am not keen on sweet stuff;) Oh god, 3 more months of this.

not necessarily - mine only lasted 5 weeks thankfully...

BananaToast · 21/04/2015 15:48

I liked salt and vinegar crisps and marmite/cheese on toast. Carbs!

MorgansMummy24 · 21/04/2015 15:52

Try preggie pops or drops from Amazon! They really helped me, contain essential oils etc which help tackle nausea, doctor reccomended

TakesTwoToTango · 21/04/2015 15:54

Super noodles - quick, hot, carby and salty.

BeforeIChangeMyMind · 21/04/2015 16:17

Mini cheddars. And graze boxes if you want to be virtuous.

ChatEnOeuf · 21/04/2015 16:20

Mini Cheddars and Tuc crackers here...

SylvaniansAtEase · 21/04/2015 16:27

Carbs, salty things, also strong tasting sweets to suck and mints.

Nothing worked for me sadly - unless you can now get ondansetron at Aldi Grin

hideandsqueak · 21/04/2015 16:38

Haribo tangfastics!

OMC1 · 21/04/2015 17:38

tinned fruit cocktail worked a charm for me!

UpNorth74 · 21/04/2015 17:41

white bread and butter!

JumpJockey · 21/04/2015 17:43

Those salty crackers that Ryvita and similar people do - I carried packs of them with me at all times to nibble. As long as I didn't get hungry, it was fine - first sign of hunger, out with a cracker :)

Nairn's Stem Ginger Oat Biscuits

birkiekid · 21/04/2015 17:48

I drank lots of Nestea. It was the only drink I could keep down. Couldn't tolerate water or hot drinks or anything fizzy.

Definitely agree with salty crackers. I used to buy the ones that had individual portion packs and always had some in my bag.

Caterina99 · 22/04/2015 01:46

Any kind of salt and vinegar crisps!

gingerfluffball · 22/04/2015 05:47

Cheese and dry crackers, ginger beer and ice cream all worked for me when I couldn't stomach anything else.

DiDiddlyIDi · 22/04/2015 05:55

Ginger helps with nausea so perhaps ginger biscuits

Hippymama1 · 22/04/2015 10:11

Ginger beer, cream crackers, Callippo lollies (the orange ones) fresh pineapple freezing cold from the fridge, ready salted popchips, french bread and butter. That was pretty much my diet for the first 15 weeks of pregnancy! Smile
