Rotavirus and pregnancy

My ds is due to have his 8 week imms and rotavirus drops next week. This is just before I'm going away on a pre pregnancy planned trip with eldest ds.
I'm already anxious about him being ill when I'm not there with the after effects of the rotavirus drops being a live vaccine. However my SIL will be looking after him why I'm away she's 6 month pregnant, I'm worried that if he does get ill he will pass it on to her the last thing I want is for her to be ill and could affect her baby?
I'm well aware he might not have any side effects whatsoever but Is it worth the risk?
Would they allow me to take ds back the week after for the rotavirus when I'm able to look after him if he does get ill?

It's rare for adults to get rotavirus infections. Most adults have had it as kids and are immune. The CDC in the US recommends that babies living in households with pregnant women should still get the rotavirus vaccine.

Even if your SIL did get rotavirus, it's unlikely that it could cross the placenta and affect the baby. Not all viruses and bacteria can do that.
