Group b strep previous pregnancy, what's happening this time?

With dc2 I had group b strep, IV antibiotics, picked up as I had pprom at 36 weeks.

I had my booking today, and was very surprised to get big stickers all over my file warning of the need for iV antibiotics in labour. It goes against nice and other guidelines but after a quick google I've found a few hospital policies stating they do give abs and why.

I did my research and was expecting midwife led care again but am now on a consultant route. Risks
-group b
-pph (most policies don't have this as a risk if once)
-prem( but only 1 day, most guidelines it's only for under 34 weeks)

Feeling a bit down really, just been advised to talk to the consultant at my appointment at 22 weeks. It feels very very risk adverse, straight away labour ward on notes and it seems that's the way it is. Being sensible though, almost everywhere doesn't treat group b in this situation, I only had pph because of a too fast induction and the cause of prem is known (urine infection). My other birth was textbook at 41 weeks and I'm otherwise unusually healthy and 30 yrs old with a bmi of 20.

Has anyone gone on to have a home birth/ mlu after initial consultant shared care?

I had group b strep with Dd1 and was told I would have to go to the labour ward with Dd2. I had consultant led care due to gestational diabetes in both pregnancies.
When I went into labour I was offered the mlu despite being told this would not be possible. I was given IV antibiotics in labour but went on to have a straightforward labour and birth. I think this was just luck though, the labour ward may just have been busy!
