I have a dream genii pillow which I used for my first pregnancy and using currently for my second. I really like it, although with this pregnancy I'm also having to use another normal pillow as well for extra support and a folded duvet on top of my memory foam mattress because my hips hurt so much at night. I recommended a dream genii for my friend when she was pregnant and she found it good too.

I loved this one www.amazon.co.uk/PILLOW-PLEASURE-MATERNITY-SUPPORT-COTTON/dp/B004T31A8U
There's no room for anyone else in the bed though!

I've got this one and love it! It does also fill the entire bed, though. www.amazon.co.uk/Sanggol-Maternity-Pillow-REMOVABLE-COTTON/dp/B00LJR51AW

I love my Theraline pillow! It is big but moulds nicely to your shape, I find it really comfortable.

I would stick with the basic v one. I was on bedrest for 4.5 months and have PGP pain and I've never needed anything more for support.
With the warmer weather approaching I'm not sure I could sleep with a huge pillow it would make me too hot.

I have a long sausage shaped one. Was £6.99 in argos and does the job brilliantly. The cover is smooth and cool, I was so impressed with the quality compared to the cost.

Thanks for recommendations. Some are sooo expensive though!

I have a dream genii and find it really uncomfortable. It somehow makes my bad hip pain worse - think its because its freezing me in one position.

I've just got a boppy pregnancy wedge which goes under the bump for a bit of support, I've found it great and it's easy to move when you turn over! also doesn't take up the whole bed! Smile

The Widgey 5-in-1 is pretty good, and you can get it for around £19.99 at TKMaxx

I used several normal pillows, could be configured any way I needed, and I could choose just the degree of firmness that I wanted spent far too long squeezing in the shop. Plus easy to re-use afterwards as they were just pillows.
