19 weeks and baby feels really low!

I'm hoping someone can give me a bit of reassurance that what I'm feeling is normal! I'm 19+2 with my second baby, and I've had a horrible pregnancy so far. I had a huge bleed at 10 weeks, and after a scan found out that I'd been pregnant with twins and lost one early on. The empty sac is still there now and I've been bleeding and spotting on and off for the past 9 weeks, and because of this I'm classed as a high risk pregnancy. Over the last couple of days I've been getting a bit of mild backache, and this morning when I woke up the baby felt SO low, it feels like he's gonna drop out! He's pressing on my bladder really badly too, I need a wee every 5 minutes! I can't remember feeling like this with my first pregnancy until really late on. I saw my doctor this morning who did an internal check and my cervix is closed and everything looks normal, but I can't stop worrying. Did anyone else feel this sort of pressure so early on? I've been an absolute nervous wreck for weeks, god knows how I'm gonna get through the next 20-odd!

Should add that I've got my 20 week scan on Thursday, and they're going to do an internal scan to check the length of my cervix while I'm there

Mine felt like that, she sat really low and in the front initially but the further on I've got the higher my bump has got. I have a short cervix and its also soft, I havr fortnightly internal scans and have progesterone pessaries which seem to be helping. I am now 32 weeks if that makes you feel better

It does, thanks very much for the reply. Hope the rest of your pregnancy goes well x
