Just that really. I'm in shock. Now the dreadful wait for blood test results. Just needed to offload a bit. Sad

People have had 4.1 and had perfectly healthy babies try to think positive Flowers

Oh you poor thing. I'm not going to tell you it will be okay - it wasn't for me. Try to get as much information as you can and if necessary/affordable I would recommend getting a private scan and second opinion. The NHS scans aren't always great at accurate nuchal measurement (I had a low/normal- and wrong- NHS measurement). I hope in your case the measurement is inaccurate too, because 4.1 is high and it's totally understandable that you are very upset. Try to take one day at a time. Flowers

I've been there too. I would recommend getting in touch with ARC. They were invaluable support for me.

You may ask to move this thread to Antenatal test section - there are a llot of supportive ladies there who went through similar.
It is very scary, I had a risk 1:7 for Down syndrome with my first DS (different markers though), and all was fine (he is 2 now).
I also second ringing ARC - heard a lot of good feedback about them. And sending you a lot of hugs...
