When does the pregnancy actually feel real?

As the subject says, despite POAS about 10 times over the last 5 days and all coming back positive and the symtpoms (throwing up all over myself whilst driving to work and having to drive through mcdonalds drive through to get some napkins which is completely normal right?!) and a water infection at the moment It doesn't feel real!!
Please tell me I am not the only one feeling like this, I needed a place to vent and felt I could so in comfort on here :)

I'm 33 weeks. Have been nauseous/sick throughout, boobs are now leaking, I'm huge and if I sit/stand/walk for more than half an hour my bump hurts like buggery. Oh, and the kicking? I feel like there is an entire football team in there.

Does it seem real? Does it heck! I just feel like (and look like) shite but i can't get my head round the whole "this is real" thing.

And I intend to have so many drugs in labour that, even when he/she arrives, it still won't feel real for some considerable time afterwards! Grin

So I found out I'm pregnant today... the doctor said I am most likely around 12 weeks gone because of the symptoms I described to him.
I know it's all fresh anyway, but it doesn't feel real. I don't feel like I'm genuinely pregnant, though 3 tests being wrong would be very unlikely.
When will I start to feel like I do have my little Pumpkin growing inside of me?x

Well, ds is 2 and I was looking at him at bath time tonight thinking, 'I can't believe you're real and you're mine'... I think I'm still waiting for it to sink in!

Currently 34 weeks. The daunting prospect of packing my hospital bag, crippling SPD pain making it impossible to sleep or walk normally and near-constant braxton hicks are giving me no choice but making this pregnancy feel really real. I actually can't wait for it to be over now and I'm counting down the days until I feel like 'me' again Blush

I'm the same I'm 32 weeks. Baby moves constantly and I love it but like others said don't think it will feel real until baby is out! Lol

Kicks help. A bump helps. But I was still in denial throughout my entire pregnancy and labour too. I’m now in tri 3 with my second and it’s been exactly the same. I thought I’d believe it when I had scans but as a pp mentioned... nope! I feel like a fraud when people congratulate me.

About 36/37 weeks for me, but still surreal until she was actually born.

People who bang on about 'bonding' with their bump are a mystery to me tbh, I just couldn't believe that there would be an actual baby at the end of it until I saw her with my own eyes.

I’m coming up to 25 weeks and it doesn’t feel real in the slightest yet! I have a big bump and she kicks constantly but my brain can’t quite make the connection of bump = baby.
I’ve been told that it won’t feel real until she’s placed on my chest and I’m starting to believe that lol

I’d say it finally felt real at about 28 weeks when we went to see a film and baby leaped around the whole time. But even then I didn’t necessarily believe he would get here safely until he was handed over.

I spent my whole 3 pregnancies secretly wondering I'd made it all up and how I would sort it out. Logically, I knew I was pregnant but it really really didn't feel real. Even at scans, I felt a bit disconnected, as if I was watching tv Blush.

I distinctly remember giving birth to my eldest and the midwives telling me to reach down and touch her head (home water birth) and I was so shocked it was a real proper human skull I could feel and not all squishy!
