I'm a casual worker (a bit like a temp but I find my work, no agency) and although I'm paid through payrolls like employees I'm employed by different companies so I don't have only one employer, which makes it different from the case they use in the jobcentre's website. I emailed them but no answer yet and they are not very good at replies anyway. Is anybody in the same situation?

I was in a similar situation to you in that I was sessionaly employed so no guarenteed income and no salary.
I applied for the Maternity Allowance through the job centre and gave them every mortal detail and pay slip possible.

In order to get MA you need to have been employed and show earnings for 13 weeks. They want to see that you have been employed for 26 weeks ( counting back within a 66 week period from your due date). You can use any 13 weeks payslips to show your average earnings. They lopok at gross earnings and you will get an average based on the 13 weeks you have chosen.
