I'm really sorry to hear about your SPD; it reminds me of how bad I felt, thought I do like the suggetion about silk sheets!!!

Mine started suddenly at 20 weeks and I felt really low as I had been very nauseous up to that point (and most of the way tbh). So I sympathise about your depression.

The good news for me was that it didn't get any worse, if anything got better as I implemented advice I was given.

I have severe lower back pain on one side - it gets worse the longer the day goes on.
I though ti was from mowing the lan last week, but it's now not going overnight so am now waking also getting front grion pain but not nearly as bad - the back is horrendous pain, in some movements
Could it be SPD. I had back painn in my prev preg with dd, but not like this it was more muscular strained
this is evil and feels not back but bum/hip/groin
Am terrified dp works away, dd is 4 and not very mobile due to hypotonia
I live rural.
I am ringing osteo now.

I know just how you feel. I had SPd with my second I was given a Support belt to strap around my bump which really relieved much of the pain, ask your physio next time you see them as depending on your nhs trust you will either be given a free on or you will have to buy your own (they cost about £20.00 but worth every penny) On the plus side I was advised NOT to do strenuous house work that included hoovering, the washing and washing up! Also In my last trimester I started using the wheel chairs that supermarkets and shopping centres provide, It really helps make life a little easier.
